I have 25 years of experience in strategic international human resources. After two decades of senior positions in multi-national companies, I became a leadership coach and consultant.

After five years at Digital Equipment Corporation in the design and implementation of development programs for consultants and senior executives, I became the V.P. of Executive Resource Planning at Givaudan, a leading flavours and fragrances company. In this world-wide position I was responsible for executive recruitment, succession planning, training and development and internal communications. I then created the position of Human Resources Director Europe for NMS Communications. I worked in sales for IBM before going into human resources.
